I FAILED!!!!!!
Am very disappointed. According to Leo, Julia's going to cry.
First of all, my fried pork is too salty. Probably too much of beancurds / the uneven amount of kentucky flours. Since Kentucky flours are already salty. But if you don't mind salty food, it's OK.
Leo and Damien helped me on the frying process. A BIG THANK YOU for saving my life on time. Since I was nearly dying, with the hot oil splashing here and there. And it nearly went into my eyes. GOSH. I NEED A FRYING MACHINE (I'll put it in my wish list).
I'll try this out another time soon, I will prove that I'm not a princess.
